1.Checklist & files required

To prevent unnecessary delays in processing your quote or order,please make sure you have well prepared & reviewed the following files and information.Of course, our engineer will also review your files before fabrication and assembly starts to ensure all the information is complete and accurate for the project.
>PCB files(Gerbers in RS-274X format or other EDA files like .brd,.pcb and .pcbdoc)
>Number of layers
>Board dimensions
>Board thickness
>Board outline (all cutout and milling is under this single Gerber layer)
>NC drill file (Plated and un-plated 2 drill files are prefered)
>Board material
>Surface finish
>Outer layer copper weight (also known as finished copper thickness)
>Inner layer copper weight (if applicable)
>Solder mask color
>Solder mask type
>Solder mask sides
>Silkscreen color (if silkscreen is required)
>Silkscreen sides (if silkscreen is required)
>Layer stackup
>Readme.txt (optional, recommended)
All special requirements must be clearly shown on Fab Note or Assembly Note.Pictures or other project drawings are preferred.If you also want us to do assemblyjob, please include following in zip file:
>BOM file (in excel format)
>Pick & place file (also know as X Y data)
>Assembly drawings(indicate polarity part's assembly direction,VERY IMPORTANT,you can mark it in other form)

2.Lead time
Lead time is manufacturing time,which is started from the second working day of file problem solved and EQ answered.Lead time is counted with "working day".Special PCB like thick copper weight or special traces/spaces may need more time.
1-2 layers         Prototype to low volume PCB    3-5 days
4 layers            Prototype to low volume PCB    4-10 days
6-32 layers       Prototype to low volume PCB    12-18 days

Consigned assembly lead time is dependent on PCB layers,the time we receive components and the total quantity components to be assembled.Normally,we purchase components from Digikey,Mouser,Arrow and other world's famous electronic components distributors.We will give you the assemblylead time when we quote.

3.Price and payment
For 2 layers board,size no more than100mm*100mm,normal specifications,PCB cost is only 20 USD,NOT including shipping fee.
We require payment in advance. We accept payment by wire transfer,PayPal and Western Union.

4.Shipping
